A black frame was added to clean up the background for the final image. Other nonusable versions are seen below.

All shot outdoors, hand held camera. Take care to keep aligned with the edges of your art work. Watch out for the angle of the light and be aware of shadows.

These were shot indoors with fluorescent light at 5500 K. The color is as good as the outdoor shots but the evenness of the lighting is erratic as witnessed by the background gray card. This canvas is 18 x 24”. No diffusion was used with the lights. The image to the right is the best as the painting does glow brighter toward the middle. However there is some gloss reflection in the upper left corner.
